• The Great Steak Challenge is open to all above the age of 12.
• Contestants below the age of 18 will require parental consent.
• Las Vacas reserves the right to use all the Materials, contest-related materials and images for its own promotional / advertising / publicity.
• Las Vacas reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to use names, photographs, voice or video recordings, in particular the contest winners and/or representatives without first obtaining any consent nor making any payment whatsoever to the contestants and/or representatives for publicity, advertising, trade or promotion purposes in any media.
• Las Vacas reserves the right to amend the contest mechanics as and when deemed necessary. Las Vacas further reserves the right to change, amend, delete or add to these terms and conditions without prior notice at any time and the contestants shall be bound to such changes.
• Las Vacas further reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend or delay the contest in the event of any unforeseen circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
• All entries must be submitted with full payment no later than 9pm, 13th February 2011 to Las Vacas outlets at the details below:
