LAST MINUTE

alhamdulillah x tergambar rasanya betapa gembira dan bersyukur sgt2 hari ni

x sia-sia usaha mata aku memainkan peranan penting..tp tu lah org cakap menangis airmata darah pun x gune..tapi ternyata ajaibnya air mata kekecewaan aku 2 hari lalu (thx Pn Kamalia)

tapi tanpa pertolongan kawan baik aku yg sorg nih, x mungkin aku akan berada di sini hari ini T___T

thanks so much Cik Hakita!!memula mmg rasa sedih sbb nk berpisah tapi tuptup kami akan duduk sebumbung jgk (walaupun sampai bln 9 je)

mana tak nye, dia lah kawan yg memula bawak aku ke Perlis then ke Perak pulak :)



tak ada manusia yg terlahir sempurna
jangan kau sesali segala yg telah terjadi
kita pasti pernah dapatkan cobaan yg berat
seakan hidup ini tak ada ertinya lagi

PRODUCTIVE WEEKEND?

today i dont feel like doing anything
i just wanna lay in my bed
dont feel like picking up my phone

nothing at all...

unlike Mr. Bruno, I admit it might be very tiring having my weekend in my bed.LOL!so let's do something instead of nothing :D

KEK CAWAN CUP CUP CUP :3

selepas dinner steamboat Friday nite aritu, maka Cik Hakita telah menyampaikan hasratnya utk turut serta dlm cupcake class di rumah K Mai pada hari sabtu berikutnya

selepas lunch di rumah K Mai, barulah sesi pembelajaran bermula...

tapi sebelum tu, marilah cik kiah nk habaq mai bahan2 yg diperlukan utk choc moist cupcake terlebih dahulu.sukatan2 di bwh adalah utk kuantiti cupcake yg sedikit (minima 20 cwn+)

Tepung gandum cap sauh (secawan)
Gula caster (secawan)

Serbuk koko (1/2 cawan)

Baking powder & soda bikarbonat (dua2 kena taruk rupenye)
Telur 3 biji

Air betul2 panas (1 cwn)

Susu cair (1 cwn)

Minyak jagung (1 cwn)

Penimbang utk sukat berapa byk perlu dituang dlm cawan kek
(refer gambarajah dibwh)




Kitchen Scale Electronic *very d accurate uols*

(recommended)


1) Mula2 ayakkan dulu tepung gandum, serbuk koko, soda bikarbonat & baking powder
2) Dlm mangkuk berasingan, pukul telur & gula caster sehingga kembang
3) Masukkan minyak jagung, susu cair & sedikit essen vanila dan kacau sehingga sebati
4) Tuangkan hasil ayak step (1) ke dalam campuran td dan kacau secara "kaup balik"(new term)
5) Tuang sedikit air panas dan kacau sehingga rata
6) Ok selepas betul2 dah sebati, bolehlah tuang ke dlm soufle cup bersize "S"/ 3 sebanyak 23 gram/half cup dgn menggunakan "kitchen scale" kat atas td.
7) Fuhh then baru lah kite bakarkan pada suhu 1800 selama 20min




sebelum - note: paras adunan misti lah 1/2 dari cwn supaya kek x terlalu kembang




selepas dibakar



Ok dah siap kek nya..mari cik Kiah nk tunjuk cara2 buat buttercream icing plak. Bahan2 nya adalah.....

250 g Shortening
125 g Krimwell

125 g Gula Icing

sedikit Essen vanila

Pewarna
(biru & hijau je sbb cket je kitorg buat.kami bdk baru belajar lah katakan)


senang je..hanya timbang dan campurkan bahan2 di atas dan putar dgn mixer dgn kelajuan ikot suke ati.then baru lah taruk essen vanila sikit seperti gambarajah di bawah

mule2 slow lama2 baru laaaaju berok!


Ok dah siap putar,baru lah kita campurkan dgn pewarna pilihan masing2..tapi sebelum tu, wajib buat icing base terlebih dahulu.salunya colour putih jadi pilihan...

part ni lah paling aku X GEMOR yob!time ni lah baru terpamer bakat semulajadi/tahap kesabaran seseorang individu itu.ahaks sebek ada bwk assistant @ Cik Leha bleh gak tlg ratakan icing base aku yg mcm kawah berlubang tu (sapa yg betol2 nk blajar nih??isk)


banyak yg K Mai & Cik Hakita je buat..aku?2 ketul je kot :p *give up*

Ada mcm2 jenis nozzle ikot bentuk corak. yg kami guna ni mcm2..ada utk ukir daun, siput, tulisan, bunga, bintang & rumput..fuhh seronok jugak men contiang2 kek nih!!hehe sekadar suka2..kalau utk hantaran, DILARANG sama sekali!be serious as naked chef *ops* :p

Alhamdulillah lega dan puas hati lepas buat sendiri hasil tunjuk ajar Chef Maizatul.thx a lot K Mai..lepas buat kek fondant, jgn lupa share resepi.rindu nk blajar lagi tapi mungkin ini sesi pembelajaran pertama dan terakhir bersama K Mai (alamak overreact lak.ahaks)

steamboat at Putra Brasmana


huh..akhirnya merasa gk steamboat kt brasmana ni..hmm...boleh thn la rm15/pax..boleh kata murah la gk..seafood dia ketam, pastu ada ayam..then ada nasik goreng..rasa?hmm..ok kot..tapi bg aku tomyam dia manis skit..ok la..manis skit je..mmg takleh lwn tomyam pdg besar/perencah siam tu..hehhe

ni dia sos..berderet susun kt tmpt aku..

nasik goreng..boleh juga dimakan bersama steamboat..

as usual..choc ice blended..all time fav aku..keh3

HALAL KE HAROM?


Haa misti familiar kan dgn sos kat bawah ni? Most of fastfood restaurant memang salu sediakan sos ni kat meja2 makan..tapi mulai skg sila la berhati2 sebab diisytiharkan haram kerana mengandungi DNA babi *ptuih*

Minuman ala2 botol "itu" pun dikatakan haram baru2 ni.isk tapi setelah UKM menjalankan ujian pengesanan semula. Disahkan bahawa Barbican bebas daripada elemen alkohol *fuhh*


p/s: tapi still rasa mcm perlu berhati2 nak telan apa2 lately...sebab dua2 produk kat atas ni suma aku dah balun kot!! ;( hanya mampu beristighfar..mohon doa semoga darah yg mengalir dalam tubuh badan kita suci dari sumber2 haram..insyaAllah
